All our meetings take place virtually. Since we work remotely and travel a lot, all calls and video chats happen via WhatsApp or Zoom. Right now, we offer our application service bilingually in German and English, with a focus on Germany, Switzerland, Australia, and remote work opportunities.
We handle the entire process in-house—nothing is outsourced. During your consultation, you’ll meet your dedicated contact person, who will guide you through the whole journey.
Our main goal is to get you, as a job seeker, invitations to interviews. We take care of the outreach—meaning we contact potential employers on your behalf. We handle job searching, sending out your documents, and networking to create opportunities. Our focus is to get your foot in the door—how you take it from there is up to you! If needed, we also offer interview prep and work with career coaches to get you fully ready for your job interview. Our service fee is very moderate compared to premium offers in market of €700+ Therefore the monthly fee is payable also in case that you don’t end up accepting an offer.
The Fast Lane (Personal Recruiter) is for those who already know what they want. Here, we focus on streamlining your application, optimizing your professional profile before moving on to step 3—where we generate results and get you interviews. If you need clarity before and don’t know what to do yet, we recommend 1-2 sessions CAREER CLARITY GUIDANCE.
